Terms of sale
1. Who sells the products

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the Jadenmoor website. Please read them and the product information before ordering. The terms provided when you place your order apply to that order; later updates do not change an existing contract.
2. Current availability and the waiting list
Joining the waiting list is free. It does not place an order, take payment or guarantee availability. You must confirm your email to receive waiting-list messages.
The waiting-list offer is 15% off Core™ from the next batch. We will send the ordering instructions when the batch becomes available. The discount is not a cash payment or a paid preorder.
3. Orders when sales reopen
Before you submit an order, the checkout will show the products, quantities, final total, available payment and delivery options and these terms. You can review and correct your details before completing the order. An order is accepted when we send the order-confirmation email. The final order button identifies that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.
Provide an accurate email address, telephone number and delivery details. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot promise that a dispatched parcel can be redirected, but will help where possible.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is taken when you place the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards and bank links through Montonio and Paysera. The invoice is sent by email with the order confirmation. Orders are dispatched within one working day and delivered within 2–5 working days.
Only payment methods actually available at checkout apply. No payment is collected for joining the waiting list.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery and return terms appear below and form part of these terms. You may contact us to cancel an order before dispatch; this does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery. If cancellation is completed before dispatch, we refund the cancelled order without undue delay and within 14 calendar days.
6. Product information and non-conforming goods
Read the label, including ingredients, allergens, use and storage instructions. Product-study observations describe the participants and period studied and do not guarantee an individual outcome.
If a product is damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact hello@jadenmoor.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate where available. Your statutory remedies are not limited by the 30-day money-back guarantee, the opening of a product or the absence of its shipping carton. Depending on the circumstances, applicable remedies include replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees.

If the matter is not resolved, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt.
Lithuanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or determines a court exclusively where the law gives the consumer another option.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract. An email containing the same information is sufficient.

Delivery
Countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Cost: the delivery price is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Time: 2–5 working days from order confirmation for products available to order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting dispatch or delivery.
The available delivery service and delivery option will be shown before you order. Please provide accurate details. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the stated timeframe.
Returns and refunds
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before that period expires. Email hello@jadenmoor.com.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us. You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return. Keep proof of dispatch. The return address will be confirmed when you contact us.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not remove your right. Any assessment of this exception concerns the relevant product seal and the applicable legal conditions, not all packaging indiscriminately.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, you are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds following statutory withdrawal
We refund the payments due, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect them. Additional costs for a premium delivery option chosen instead of our least expensive standard option are not refundable under this right.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
30-day money-back guarantee
On top of your statutory rights, every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return Core™ within 30 calendar days of delivery and get your money back.
- The guarantee applies to unopened, unused and undamaged packs with the original seal intact. Opening the outer shipping box to check the packs is fine.
- Email hello@jadenmoor.com with your order number, then send the packs to the returns address we give you. Return shipping is paid by you.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving and checking the returned packs.
- Bundles: if you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies. The packs you keep are recalculated at the regular single-pack price, and the difference is deducted from your refund.
- The guarantee does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or your rights for faulty or wrongly delivered goods described above.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Contact us so we can offer a suitable return or solution. Do not use a product if you suspect that it is unsafe or has been tampered with.

Providing the information necessary for an order allows us to fulfil it. Waiting-list signup is optional and does not require a purchase. Please avoid including health information in general enquiries unless it is necessary to explain your request.
Waiting-list emails
We use a confirmation email to check that you control the address provided. We use Omnisend for these emails. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Permission for Core™ waiting-list messages does not automatically include unrelated marketing.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers where needed for hosting, email, order handling, delivery, payment and professional administration. They receive only information needed for their role, subject to the applicable arrangements. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance, UAB and Paysera LT, UAB. Card payments are authenticated by the payment provider (3-D Secure); your card details are entered on the provider's pages and never reach us. Public authorities may receive information where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for its stated purpose and any applicable legal obligation or claim. Accounting records follow the applicable statutory retention requirements.
Cookies and optional tracking
Essential functions may use necessary storage. You must be able to refuse optional cookies and change your choice as easily as you give it.
Country and language: on your first visit we use your IP address to recognise your country and open the shop in your language. The IP address is used only for this check and is not stored. A cookie remembers for one year that the check was done and which language you chose. IP country data by DB-IP.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

You can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate, https://vdai.lrv.lt/, or the competent authority in your country of residence or work. Contacting us first is helpful but is not a condition of making a complaint.
