Delivery
Countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Cost: the delivery price is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Time: 2–5 working days from order confirmation for products available to order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting dispatch or delivery.
The available delivery service and delivery option will be shown before you order. Please provide accurate details. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the stated timeframe.
Returns and refunds
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before that period expires. Email hello@jadenmoor.com.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us. You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return. Keep proof of dispatch. The return address will be confirmed when you contact us.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not remove your right. Any assessment of this exception concerns the relevant product seal and the applicable legal conditions, not all packaging indiscriminately.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, you are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds following statutory withdrawal
We refund the payments due, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect them. Additional costs for a premium delivery option chosen instead of our least expensive standard option are not refundable under this right.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
30-day money-back guarantee
On top of your statutory rights, every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return Core™ within 30 calendar days of delivery and get your money back.
- The guarantee applies to unopened, unused and undamaged packs with the original seal intact. Opening the outer shipping box to check the packs is fine.
- Email hello@jadenmoor.com with your order number, then send the packs to the returns address we give you. Return shipping is paid by you.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving and checking the returned packs.
- Bundles: if you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies. The packs you keep are recalculated at the regular single-pack price, and the difference is deducted from your refund.
- The guarantee does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or your rights for faulty or wrongly delivered goods described above.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Contact us so we can offer a suitable return or solution. Do not use a product if you suspect that it is unsafe or has been tampered with.
