How do I take it?
Pour 25 ml into the cap once a day and drink it, straight or mixed into a cold drink. One bottle lasts 20 days.
How long until I notice anything?
Plan on a 60-day course, which is three bottles, before you judge it.
What does it taste like?
Apple flavour. It is sugar free and sweetened with sucralose, steviol glycosides and acesulfame K.
Is it suitable for me?
It contains fish, so it is not suitable for people with a fish allergy, vegetarians or vegans. It contains vitamin A, so it is not recommended during pregnancy. If you take blood-thinning medication, ask your doctor first because of the vitamin K.
What is the difference between Core and Evolve?
Core is the daily formula with 11,000 mg of collagen. Evolve carries 15,000 mg and adds zinc, vitamin K2, vitamin A, MSM and elastin.
Is the ivory edition a different formula?
No. The ivory and the dark label hold the same Evolve formula. Pick the one you would rather see on the shelf.
How should I store it?
Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep it in the fridge.
