How do I take it?
Pour 25 ml into the cap once a day and drink it, straight or mixed into a cold drink. One bottle lasts 20 days.
How long until I notice anything?
Skin and hair renew over weeks, not days. Plan on a 60-day course, which is three bottles, before you judge it.
What does it taste like?
Natural berry flavour. It is sugar free and sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides.
Is it suitable for me?
It contains fish, so it is not suitable for people with a fish allergy, vegetarians or vegans. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or already taking vitamin D, ask your doctor first.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes, with one exception: each shot already carries 60 µg of vitamin D, so do not add another vitamin D supplement on top.
What is the difference between Core and Evolve?
Core is the daily formula with 11,000 mg of collagen. Evolve carries 15,000 mg and adds zinc, vitamin K2, vitamin A, MSM and elastin.
How should I store it?
Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep it in the fridge.
